Follow four easy steps to register your child.

  1. We suggest you start by having a tour of our school. This way you can see our facilities and programs in action. Your child is always invited to attend. Teachers are extremely welcoming and accommodating to visitors in the class and usually they can participate in the activities that are happening.
  2. If there is an opening for your child, you may register immediately. If no opening is available you will be put on a waiting list and contacted at the first available opening.
  3. After the tour, you may fill out the enrollment form and provide the $50 non-refundable registration fee (If you are registering more than one child, there will be a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee for each subsequent child).
  4. At the time of registration you are required to complete the registration pack, provide a health physical complete with the LEAD and TB TEST screening indicated on the form, and complete a birth certificate. In order to be in compliance with the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services these forms MUST be submitted.

*Enrollment is based on availability with waiting lists maintained during the school year.

*Priority registration is offered to Lord of Glory church members and returning students
